Ashley Meredith
Dr. Ashley Meredith, PharmD, MPH, FCCP, BCACP, BCPS, CDCES is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Purdue University and provides primary care chronic disease management services at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis. She has volunteered for multiple medical mission trips to Haiti and regularly volunteers at free medical clinics in Indianapolis. She has been involved with M.O.R.E. for the last 5 years, including one trip to Ethiopia.
