Vulnerable Children
M.O.R.E. is a co-sponsor and contributes to the support of the Vulnerable Children (VC) Program. The primary objective of VC is to provide needed services to children who are not orphaned, yet suffer from the effects of severe economic deprivation without government supported social programs.
